Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping with UPS Ground for $9.95 on all orders.
For lightweight orders under one pound, USPS Ground Advantage is available at $6.95.
Free shipping is available on all orders $110 and above.
Shipping costs and taxes will be clearly confirmed at checkout.
Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
International Shipping
All orders outside the United States are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping rates vary depending on the contents and destination of your order. Duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed before you confirm checkout.
For international orders, we partner with Global-e, who will process payments, handle delivery, and provide transparent duties/taxes information. Please review Global-e’s Terms & Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy for details.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
We do not provide shipping support for packages sent to freight forwarders.
Order Processing
We aim to ship all orders by the end of the next business day.
During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), shipments may take an additional business day.
Orders are shipped worldwide from our California warehouse.

Address Changes
Address updates must be requested before the order leaves our warehouse and tracking information is issued.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, any changes must be arranged directly with the shipping provider.
